Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College, which was established in 1962, was reconstituted by the Govt of Uttar Pradesh in 2013 and converted into Madan Mohan Malaviya University. The University presently offers 6 B.Tech programs along with MBA, MCA, M.Tech in 12 disciplines and full time PhD programs in all disciplines.
Branches offered : Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Computer Science and Engineering, Chemical with specialization in Sugar and Alcohol Technology
No. of seats : Total 660 (60 in Chemical and 120 each in other branches)
Domicile : Entrance Test is open only to the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any institution located in U.P. or whose parents are domicile of U.P subject to the eligibility conditions given in the Brochure. If the candidate has passed qualifying examination from outside of U.P., he/she has to produce domicile certificate of his/her parents (father/mother only) at the time of verification of documents, failing which the candidature shall stand cancelled.
