IIM Indore IPMAT-2023 Applications Ongoing
2023-03-21IIM Indore is currently accepting applications for their five-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) for the 2023 academic year. The selection process involves an Aptitude Test (AT), also known as IPMAT-2023, and a Personal Interview (PI) stage.
The first three years of the program provide a foundation in various disciplines, such as economics, management, psychology, sociology, political science, 
science, engineering, humanities, literature, and fine arts. The last two years of the program are at the post-graduate level, with IPM students taking the same courses as the PGP program students. Successful completion of the program will award students with a Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. However, students who choose to withdraw after three years will receive only a BA degree.
The program has a total of 150 seats, with an additional five supernumerary seats reserved for international/foreign applicants. Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria and score positively in each section of the IPMAT to proceed to the Personal Interview (PI) stage. The final selection is based on a composite score, with a 65% weightage for the AT and a 35% weightage for the PI.
The IPM Aptitude Test consists of 100 MCQs split into three sections: Quantitative Ability (40 MCQs and 20 short answer questions in 40 minutes), and Verbal Ability (40 MCQs in 40 minutes).
Applications will be open from 08-03-2023 to 14-04-2023, with the test scheduled for 16-06-2023 across multiple cities.
NoteL IIM Ranchi will only be considering IPMAT-2023 for its IPM intake starting this year. Until last year it provided an option of SAT scores or IPMAT for admissions.
