This is a unique earn & learn program wherein students get trained for entry-level IT jobs, get a full-time job at HCL, and earn a UG-level degree.

Procedures of the course are as follows:
- Candidates undergo 12-month training for entry-level IT jobs.
- On successful completion of training, candidates are employed full-time with HCL.
- While working, candidates pursue their higher education with BITS Pilani, SASTRA University, or Amity University.
- The fee for the Higher Education program is partially / fully funded by HCL, depending on the graduation program.

Fee Structures are:
* For IT Services - INR 1 Lakh + Applicable Taxes
* Starting Salary for the same is - INR 2.0 – 2.20 LPA
Salary range after the training period
* For Associate - INR 1 Lakh + Applicable Taxes
* Starting Salary for the same is - INR 1.70 LPA
Eligibility Criteria for HCL TechBee Program:
- The eligibility criteria for students who have completed Class XII in 2021 and 2022 are 60% across all boards.
- In case 2-mark sheets (original and Improvement) are produced by the candidate for the same class, i.e., Class 12th, all subjects with the latest marks will be considered for calculating percentage or above irrespective of any board recommendations.
- Financial assistance is arranged so there is no financial burden on parents or students.
- Students from any stream are eligible to apply for the position of Business Process Associate. For all other roles, Mathematics is mandatory.
