HPTU Starts HPCET 2022 Applications, All India Eligibility
2022-04-23The Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET) 2022 for admissions in BTech shall be conducted by Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU), Hamirpur, on 10 Jul 2022, the applications for which have been started. HPTU, a premier institution of undergraduate, postgraduate teaching and research in the country, was established in 2010 as a State Government University of Himachal Pradesh.

Please note that HPCET has a date clash with CUET-UG (3 to 10 Jul)
Last year (2021), as was also done in 2020, owing to Covid-19 situation, HPTU decided to not conduct HPCET and instead, the admissions in BTech were made through two channels namely JEE-Mains and marks scored in qualifying examination (10+2).
