PUTHAT 2021 Dates Extended by Panjab University
2021-07-31Panjab University offers (a) 4 years Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) and (b) 4 years Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management (BTTM) in University Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management, Chandigarh. The admission to both the courses is through the admission test PUTHAT, the application process for which has been extended upto 9 Aug and the exam date has also been changed accordingly. Last year (2020), PUTHAT was cancelled owing to the pandemic related restrictions and admissions were granted based on class 12 score.

Eligibility : The Panjab University Tourism and Hospitality Aptitude Test (PUTHAT) is open to all such candidates who have passed (up to the Academic Session 2020-2021) in the 10+2 Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi or its equivalent Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University/Council with not less than 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/BC/PwD Categories) in the aggregate and English as one of the Compulsory Subjects.
