KEAM 2021 Postponed

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Govt of Kerala, conducts KEAM entrance test for admission in Engineering & BPharm degree courses in the state of Kerala. The entrance test was scheduled to be conducted on 24 July but has now been postponed since JEE (Mains) has been scheduled in the last week of July.

Date entrance test : To be announced in due course. Was earlier scheduled for 24 July 2021.

All India Eligibility : Candidates from across the country are eligible (under ‘Non-Keralite Category II’).

Such candidates are eligible for admission to both Government and Management quota seats in Engineering course in Government controlled Self-Financing colleges. However the ‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates will be considered for admission to the Government seats in Engineering courses in Government controlled Self-Financing colleges only when the Keralite and Non-Keralite I (NK I) candidates are not available for admission. ‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates are also eligible for admission to both Government and Management quota seats in Private Self-financing Engineering / Architecture colleges.

‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates are not eligible for admission to Government Engineering Colleges.

Candidates desirous of seeking admission to Architecture courses must qualify in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture. Admission in Architecture is based on merit as assessed by equal weightage to NATA Score and marks/grades in the Qualifying Examination.
