2021-07-01BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus is the branch campus of the internationally reputed Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani-India, and the largest institution exclusively offering Engineering Programmes in Dubai International Academic City. The campus started in 2000 and is approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and University Grants Commission (UGC), India, and is permitted by Knowledge & the Human Development Authority (KHDA), Government of Dubai.

Admission Criteria: 
- On the basis of Merit (Class 12 or equivalent score) with a Min overall aggregate of 60% in CBSE, ISCE, CAMBRIDGE/EDEXCEL, IB MDE, UAE, Any other recognized State, National or International board
- Subject requirement:
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (for all programmes).
Physics, Chemistry and Biology (for all Biotechnology).
- Min aggregate 60% in PMC subjects & 50% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
Fee:
Tuition:
- One-time fee: AED 8,220/-
- 1st Sem: AED 23,500/- ; 2nd Sem: AED 23,500/- ; Summer semester: AED 5,750/-
For students availing Visa:
- AED 7,050/-
Hostel:
- Annually AED 37,950/-
AED: United Arab Emirates Dirham (1 AED = Rs.20.31 INR in July 2021)
Scholarships:
Tuition fee scholarship offered basis candidates' aggregate % in their respective Class 12 boards
- 50% for those who have secured top position
- 40% for those who have secured 95% or above
- 25% for those who have secured between 90% and 95%
- 15% for those who have secured between 80% and 90%
- 10% for those who have secured between 70% and 80%
BITSAT 2021 score based scholarship:
While BITSAT 2021 is not mandatory to apply to the Dubai campus, those candidates who have got BITSAT 2021 score are eligible for Tuition fee scholarship in the Dubai campus:
- BITSAT score > 300: 75% Tuition fee scholarship
- BITSAT score between 250 - 299: 50% Tuition fee scholarship
- BITSAT score between 200 - 249: 25% Tuition fee scholarship
Hostel Fee Scholarship:
- 25% hostel fee concession for those who have scored 70% aggregate or above in their boards (for all 4 years)
- 25% hostel fee concession for those who have scored 150 or above in BITSAT 2021
