VITEEE 2021 Preponed, Apply by 20 May
2021-05-09The applications for Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) conducted by Vellore Institute of Technology (or VIT as it is popularly known) are ongoing and shall close on 20 May 2021. The exam has also been preponed and shall now be conducted from 28 to 31 May 2021.
VIT Vellore is now a Deemed to be University and also has been declared an Institute of Eminence by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. It also has two campuses in Chennai (Tamil Nadu), one each in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) and Amravati (Andhra Pradesh). The Bhopal and Amravati campuses are registered as Private Universities in the respective states. However, admissions to all the programs across the four-campus shall be based on VITEEE-21.
a) VIT offers 37 different B.Tech courses from its campuses.
b) VITEEE-21 shall be an online entrance exam which shall be conducted in remote proctored mode from 28 to 31 May 2021. Earlier, it was planned to be conducted from 18 to 26 June.
c) The Last Date to apply is 20 May 2021.
