Azim Premji University Admissions for 2021 Ongoing
2020-11-29Azim Premji University (APU) is a premier university located in Bengaluru. The private university is named after the founder of Wipro Azim Hashim Premji. The university is fully funded by the Azim Premji foundation.
The University offers 3-year & 4-year UG programs for students after Class 12.
Programs offered by Azim Premji University:
- 3-year B.A. with Majors in Humanities or Economics or English
- 3-year B.Sc. with Majors in Physics and Biology and Mathematics
- 4-year dual-degree B.Sc. B.Ed in Science & Education
The curriculum is similar to a typical liberal studies program consisting of Common curriculum and specializations.
The admissions to the University is done in two cycles - early admission and regular admission. The University has started its early admission cycle for 2021 intake.
Admission criteria: Entrance test + interview.
Exemptions: Candidates who apply with SAT scores and KVPY fellows are exempted from writing the entrance test.
