2020-10-01CEPT is a well established & reputed institution in the fields of architecture and design in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. CEPT and the various schools that it comprised were established by the Ahmedabad Education Society with the support of the Government of Gujarat and the Government of India and was incorporated as CEPT university in 2005.
CEPT University offers the following unique 5-year Bachelor's programs for students after Class 12:
- Bachelor's in Architecture (BArch)
- Bachelor's in Construction Technology (BCT)
- Bachelor's in Interior Design (BID)
- Bachelor's in Design (BDES)
- Bachelor's in Urban Design (BUD)
Admission criteria for various courses are different.
For Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch), admission via NATA score and Physics & Maths are mandatory.
For Bachelor's in Construction Technology (BCT), admissions are through JEE (Main) score and Physics, Chemistry, & Maths are mandatory.
For Bachelor’s in Interior Design (BID), admission via NATA score and Physics & Maths are mandatory.
For Bachelor’s in Design (BDES), admission via UCEED score and students from ANY stream can apply.
For Bachelor’s in Urban Design (BUD), CEPT Aptitude Test is mandatory and students from ANY stream can apply.
