PUBDET-2020 Applications to Start in January
2019-12-28The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) conducts the Common Entrance Exam PUBDET-2020 for admission to various Under Graduate courses in the Presidency University. PUBDET stands for Presidency University Bachelor Degree Entrance Test.
About Presidency University Kolkata: Presidency University was established bythe British in 1817 as the Hindoo College. Later it was a Constituent College of Calcutta University. The formal establishment of Presidency University happened in July 2010.

Humanities Related: B.A.(Hons) in Political Science, Sociology, Philosophy, English, History, Hindi, Bengali, Performing Arts
Science Related: B.Sc.(Hons) Stats, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Life Sciences, Geography, Geology
Commerce Related: B.Sc.(Hons) in Economics
Eligibility: Candidates from across India are eligibile for Gen category seats. One needs to be a domicile of West Bengal to claim reserved category seats.
