IICD Starts Application for 2019 Design Programs
2018-12-04Indian Institute of Crafts & Design, Jaipur, (IICD) one of the leading crafts and design colleges in India, has started the application process for admissions to its batch starting 2019. IICD was set up by the Government of Rajasthan and presently it is being managed by the Ambuja Educational Institute (AEI) (promoters of Ambuja Cements group) under the Public Private Partnership (PPP).
IICD conducts Entrance Test for 4-Year (8 semesters) and 5-Year (10 semesters) integrated Professional Degree Programs in following specializations:
(a) Soft Material Design (Leather, Paper, Natural Fibre & textile designing course)
(b) Hard Material Design (Wood, Stone, Metal)
(c) Fired Material Design (Ceramics, Earthware, Stoneware, Terracotta)
(d) Fashion Design
The entrance test would be of 3 phases:
Part A : Entrance Test to be conducted in 14 cities across India
Part B: Entrance test to be conducted in IICD Jaipur campus
Followed with a personal Interview
Last date to apply is 28th March and Phase 1 Entrance Exam will be held on 14th April.
