Course(s) offered: The test is used by participating institutes/universities for admission in Integrated MBA, BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com etc.
Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a standardized test administered by AIMA annually to screen candidates.
UGAT bulletin is brought out along with the UGAT form and profiles the institutes/colleges/universities accepting UGAT scores for information of the candidates. It gives wide visibility of the institutes among potential candidates. The candidates are given the option to indicate any five of the participating institutes/colleges/universities. The data and scores of the candidates are provided to the institutes/colleges/universities indicated by the candidates. In addition, candidates are provided individual score card, which can be produced to any institute.
Institutes/colleges/universities can decide on the cut-off score for admission or for further screening based on the number of seats available.
Participating Universities / Institutes: List will be available in March 2023.
Important Notice: Candidates are advised to check the approval/recognition status of various programs directly from the concerned Authorities / Institutes / Universities.
AIMA has come across a couple of cases where the aspiring candidates' UGAT score is not accepted by some participating institutes/universities for admission to Under Graduate full time course despite their confirmation to AIMA UGAT at the time of participation by incorporating their notifications in UGAT e-bulletin. Candidates are advised to recheck with the concerned institutes / universities before applying for UGAT.
