The SIT Engineering Entrance Exam (SITEEE) is conducted for admission into the BTech programmes offered by Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) Pune and Nagpur, the institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University).
NIRF Rank : Symbiosis International (Deemed University) is ranked 38 in the category “University” by NIRF 2022, GoI.
Admission through other Entrance Tests : For Engineering, if a candidate applies to seek admission on the basis of test other than SITEEE, he/she need not register for SITEEE; rather he/she may apply directly to the concerned institute through the institute website (https://www.sitpune.edu.in/ and https://sitnagpur.edu.in/).
Reservation Policy
(a) Reservation within sanctioned intake : SC 15%, ST 7.5%, Differently abled 3%
(b) Reservation over and above sanctioned intake : Kashmiri Migrants and Kashmiri Pandits /
Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non- Migrants) living in Kashmir valley - 2 seats per programme, International candidates : 20%
Nagpur domicile : 25% (Twenty-five percent) seats are reserved for candidates domiciled in Nagpur.
OCI / PIO/ Foreign Nationals : OCI / PIO / Foreign Nationals are exempted from appearing for SITEEE and have to apply through Symbiosis Center for International Education (www.scie.ac.in).
