Basis of admission : Register and take PESSAT/ CET-Karnataka / both (if eligible) / JEE Mains and participate through counseling to compete for a merit seat based on any of these as per the seats quota indicated above. Provisional blocking of seats through higher fee / management / NRI / PIO / OCI / Sponsored quota is also possible. Admissions for B.Arch course will be through the NATA/ JEE paper 2 scores. However, registering to PESSAT is mandatory after which the candidate can upload the NATA/ JEE score on our website when the NATA/JEE paper 2 scores are announced.
Fee
PESSAT & JEE Mains quota : Rs.3,60,000/- to Rs.4,10,000/- per annum depending upon branch
CET quota : Not specified. In 2021, it was Rs.50,000/- per annum (excluding hostel fee)
