For PCM students, NIFT offers 4 years Bachelors in Fashion Technology (B.F.Tech) in Apparel Production - 425 seats (65 seats more than last year)
The institute also offers 4 Years Bachelors in Design across 16 campuses which is open to students from all streams.
Campuses offering 4 Year B.F.Tech : Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Jodhpur, Kangra, Kannur, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Patna
4 Year B.Design is offered at all 16 campuses.
Admission criteria for non-NRI category candidates shall be via an entrance exam conducted across 32 cities in India.
Admission criteria for Foreign Nationals/ SAARC/NRIs category candidates will be based on their SAT scores, and not on the basis of the Entrance examination.

- The seats reserved for SC / ST / Differently abled Candidates (PHP) / Foreign Nationals / SAARC / NRI, in each programme are as under:
- SC 15%
- ST 7.5%
- OBC (NON-CREAMY) 27%
- Gen-EWS 10%
- Differently Abled Person (PHP) 5% Horizontal reservation for Differently Abled Person (with 40% or more disability) cutting across all sections i.e. SCs, STs, OBCs Non- Creamy and General category. Campus and programme will be allotted on rotation, at NIFT’s discretion.
- Foreign Nationals/SAARC/NRI : 5 supernumerary seats each at NIFT Campuses Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai,Hyderabad, Gandhinagar, Raebareli & Srinagar (J&K).
3 (supernumerary) seats each at Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Jodhpur, Kangra, Kannur, Patna and Shillong.
- State Domicile : 7 supernumerary seats are reserved for admission as State Domicile Preferential Seats to candidates who belong to the 8 States where the following NIFT campuses are located: Patna, Kangra, Kannur, Bhopal, Shillong, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Srinagar. In the case of the NIFT Srinagar campus (J&K), 13 seats will be offered for admission as State Domicile Preferential Seats to the domicile candidates of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).These seats are non-controvertible into any other category.
For non-NRI candidates:
Tuition, Admission & other one-time fee: Rs 270,900 approx in the first year
For NRI Candidates:
Rs. 841,900 for NRI candidates for NIFT Bengaluru, Chennai, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Raebareli & Srinagar campuses
Rs. 596,300 for NRI candidates for NIFT Patna, Kangra, Bhopal, Kannur, Shillong, Jodhpur & Bhubaneswar campuses
