Program Offered: 5-year Integrated BBA-MBA
Indian Institute of Management Ranchi was established in 2009. It ranked #20 in the recent NIRF Rankings of the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The institute is fast establishing newer programs catering to multiple needs and segments. It currently offers a regular 2-year MBA (General Mgmt & HR), Doctoral & Post-Doctoral Programs, and Executive Programs. Starting in 2021, the institute has started a 5-year Integrated BBA-MBA program for students after Class 12.
The admissions to the IPM Program are expected to commence in July 2022. The program is designed to provide a multidisciplinary foundation borrowing from humanities, social sciences, arts, and sciences. It comprehensively covers management, marketing, accounting, finance, economics, information systems, data science, and strategic management. Lectures, classroom discussions, experiential lessons, case analyses, simulations, group projects, internships, and mentorships create a learning environment that is active and immersive.
Students will be awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the end of the program.
Highlights of 5-Year Integrated BB-MBA Program:
- Applicants from ALL Streams are eligible (with 60% aggregate marks in Class 10th & 12th)
- Admissions shall be through either through SAT scores (refer to Test Pattern tab to know more about SAT) or IIM Indore IPM Test, followed by a Personal Interview, and overall academic performance at the secondary and the higher secondary levels.
- Indian citizens, citizens with PIO/OCI cards can apply
- Exit option with BBA at the end of 3-years

Fee:
- First 3-years: Rs.15.93lakhs (excluding hostel & mess fee)
- Subsequent 2 years will be equal to the prevailing MBA fees for those years
- Mess fee would be around Rs.315,000 in total
- Currently, there are no scholarships available from the Institute.
