The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board conducts the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) for admission to various professional programs in Science related fields for state Govt. seats in institutions across the state.
Subject combination in 10+2 for various courses:
- B.Tech Dairy Technology: PCM
- 50% seats in B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture, B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture: CBA, PCA, MBA, MCA ('A' stands for Agriculture)
- 50% seats in B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture, B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture and 100% in B.Pharma: PCM / PCB
- B.Sc. Fishery Sciences: PCMB / PCB / Agri Sciences
Note that admissions to B.Tech programs in the state of Bihar would be via rank obtained in the JEE-Main exam conducted by the NTA. Any seats that remain vacant after 2 rounds of counseling based on JEE-Main and the mop-up round shall be filled based on the rank obtained in the BCECE Entrance Exam.
