The NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI established in 2008 by Act No. 1 of 2008 is premier Law University established in the capital city of India. Admission to the First Year of the 5-Year B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme is made strictly on merit, based on the All India Entrance Examination.
Integrated B.A. LL.B (10 semesters) - 80 seats [70 seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and 10 seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit]
15% for Scheduled Caste candidates, 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe candidates and 3% for Persons with Disability out of the 70 seats to be filled through Entrance Examination.
One additional seat for Kashmiri Migrants. Two supernumerary seats for students from Jammu & Kashmir subject to approval of Governing Council. The candidates have to appear in the AILET and fulfill the eligibility criteria as applicable.
