Program Offered: 5-Year Integrated BA-LLB (Hons)

The NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI established in 2008 by Act No. 1 of 2008 is a premier Law University established in the capital city of India. Admission to the First Year of the 5-Year BA-LLB (Hons.) Degree Programme is made based on the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET). 
Please note that all other National Law Universities have their intake into their five-year integrated law programs on the basis of the Common Law Entrance Test CLAT.  The only exception is NLU Delhi which conducts its separate entrance exam AILET for admissions.

Intake: Total 123 seats under 3 categories as below
(1) Via AILET 2023: 110 seats via AILET as below
General 50 (including 3 for PwD)

OBC-NCL 24 (including 1 for PwD)

SC 17 (including 1 for PwD)

ST 8

EWS 11 (including 1 for PwD)

(2) Supernumerary seats:  3 (One supernumerary seat for Kashmiri Migrants. Two additional supernumerary seats for Residents of Jammu & Kashmir.)
(3) Foreign Nationals: 5 seats Foreign Nationals and 5 seats for OCI/PIO for direct admission on merit). Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET but should have 65% marks in the qualifying examination.
Fee structure
Admission fee (one time): Rs.10,000/-

Refundable Estate deposits (one time): Rs.25,000/-

Tuition Fee: Rs.1,42,000/- per annum (USD 12,200 for Non-SAARC country & USD 6,100 for SAARC country)
Academic services and facilities: Rs.43,000/- per annum

Student welfare fund: Rs.7,000/- per annum

Utility Services: Rs.20,000/- per annum

Refundable Estate Deposits (one time): Rs.25,000/- per annum

Halls of Residence Charges (For hosteller): Rs.83,000/- per annum

Mess Charges (for Hosteller): Rs.45,000/- per annum

Imp note regarding Hostel accommodation: It may be noted that due to paucity of rooms in the hostel, the University shall not be able to provide the hostel facilities to the newly admitted students of BA-LLB (Hons) Programme from Delhi/NCR. However, students from outside Delhi/NCR may be considered for accommodation subject to availability of rooms in men’s and women’s hostels as per the policy of the university. Allotment of the hostel cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
