JEE-Mains 2018 Date Announced
2017-10-24CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) has announced the date for Joint Entrance Examination JEE-Mains-2018. The offline (pen and paper) mode exam shall be conducted on 8 April 2018.
JEE (Mains) is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, other centrally funded Technical Institutions, Institutions funded by several participating State Governments, and several other Institutions The States of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttrakhand, Nagaland & Odisha had also joined JEE (Main) system. Therefore, the candidates seeking admission to the institutions in such states which adopt JEE (Mains) will need to fill in the JEE (Main) application. The JEE (Main) will also be an eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programmes offered by the IITs/ISM Dhanbad.
