No. of seats : 35 + 1 + 1 (No. of seats + supernumerary seat for Single Girl Child + supernumerary seat for north-eastern candidate)
The entrance exam is common for dual degree in Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Eligibility : The candidate(s) should have passed 10+2 examinations in Science discipline with at least 60% marks (57% for SC candidates of Haryana) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology subjects in aggregate in the qualifying examinations from a recognized Board/ University.
For Physics and Chemistry stream, the subject combination required is Phy, Chem, Maths / Bio / Biotech. For Mathematics stream, subjects required are Phy, Chem, Maths
Method of selection & test subjects : The admission in all the Dual Degree Courses will be made through a Common Entrance Test to be conducted by the University. A candidate shall have the option to choose one set of subjects for common entrance test from the following :
(i) Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
(ii) Physics, Chemistry and Biology
Fee : Rs.20,000 per semester
