Applications for AP-EAPCET-2023 (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) have started and shall close on 14 May 2023 (on 15 Apr 2023 without late fee). AP EAPCET 2023 Date Clashes CUET UG and BITSAT

AP-EAPCET is being conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University Anantapur (JNTUA, Anantapur, AP) on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). This Examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in the University/Private Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Courses offered : Courses are classified in 2 categories namely (a) Engineering Stream and (b) Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream

Engineering Stream courses are

(i) Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech.(Agr.Engg.), B.Tech. (Food Science and Technology)

(ii) B.Sc. (Ag)/ B.Sc. (Hort)/ B.V.Sc. & A.H/B.F.Sc

(iii) B. Pharmacy, Pharma. D.

Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream courses are

(i) B.Sc.(Ag.) / B.Sc.(Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & AH / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FST) / B.Sc. (CA&BM)

(ii) B.Pharm / B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) (Bi.P.C.) &

(iii) Pharm-D (Bi.P.C)

Key dates

Last date to apply (without late fee) : 15 Apr 2023

Date of exam : 15 – 18 May (for Engg) and 22 – 23 May (for AP Stream)

Entrance exams clashing with AP-EAPCET 2023 : Please note that AP-EAPCET 2023 dates have a clash / overlap with some other entrance exams – CUET-UG (21 – 31 May), BITSAT (22 – 26 May), CET-K (20 – 22 May). Hence caution may be exercised while booking test date/slot wherever option is available.

Nationality : Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.

Domicile : Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. The candidates should satisfy Local / Non Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.

Criteria for ranking : candidates who have secured qualifying marks in AP-EAPCET and candidates belonging to the category of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe, for whom qualifying marks have not been prescribed, shall be assigned ranking in the order of merit on the basis of combined score obtained by giving 75% weightage to the normalized marks secured in AP-EAPCET and 25% weightage to the marks secured in 10+2 in relevant group subjects.
