DY Patil Vidyapeeth Pune Starts BTech 2023 Applications
2023-02-14Applications for All India Biotechnology Common Entrance Test AIBTCET conducted by Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune (Deemed University), have been started and shall close on 29 March 2023 for admissions in its UG and Integrated UG-PG technology programmes. 
Which courses are offered : B.Tech (Biotechnology), B.Tech (Medical Biotechnology) and 5 Yr Integrated M.Tech (Biotechnology)
In 2022, the university had also offered B.Tech (AI and Data science) but there is no mention of the same this year as of now.
About DPU: Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, comprising of Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Pimpri, Pune, was accorded the status of Deemed to be University in 2003. The University has 10 constituent colleges.

Test mode : The test is being conducted in Online Proctored mode and can be taken using a laptop / desktop from any location.
Are NRI/PIO/Foreign Nationals eligible? NRI/PIO/Foreign Nationals category candidates are not required to appear in the entrance test. However, they shall submit a separate application, in the prescribed form, available in the Vidyapeeth office and on the Vidyapeeth website. A committee, appointed by the competent authority for the purpose shall admit candidates on the basis of their inter se merit. The candidate will be required to pay a processing fee of US $ 200.
