NMC CAUTION About Illegal MBBS Admissions By Singhania University
2022-11-24National Medical Commission, vide it’s yet another notice dated 28 Oct 2022, has CAUTIONED the public at large that the admissions granted by Singhania University Pacheri Bari, Distt. Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan in MBBS are illegal and void ab initio. 
The NOTICE is very clear, the operative extract relevant for medical education aspirants, being as below:
“. . . any admissions that are made by the Singhania University, Pacheri Bari, Distt. Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan in the courses of medicine (MBBS) is illegal and void ab initio”
The caution notice further reads:
“. . . all concerned are informed not be misled by the advertisement issued by the Singhania University, Pacheri Bari, Distt. Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. . .”
“All students / parents / general public are advised to check the status of Medical Colleges before taking admission in any of the Medical Colleges.”
Previous caution notices by NMC on the same issue: NMC had issued similar caution notice on atleast 2 earlier occasions – first on 30 Oct 2019 (click HERE to download) and then on 3 Aug 2020 (download HERE).
The 2019 notice went to the extent of stating that MBBS course being run by Singhania University is illegal, void and unrecognized, amounting to quackery.
