UP CPPNET 2021 Applications Stared, Entrance on 25 Dec
2021-12-09Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS), Saifai, Etawah invites applications for CPPNET-2021 (Combined Paramedical, Pharmacy and Nursing Entrance Test). There are 6 Degree courses and 11 Diploma courses on offer as listed below:
Degree Courses
1. BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy): 4 Yr + 6 Month internship, 60 seats
2. B.Optom (Bachelor of Optometry): 4 Yr + 1 Yr internship, 60 seats
3. BMLT (Bachelor of Science in Medical Lab Technology): 3 Yr + 6 Month internship, 60 seats
4. BRIT (Bachelor of Science in Radiological Imaging Techniques): 3 Yr + 6 Month internship, 60 seats
5. B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy): 4 Yr, 60 seats
6. BSc Nursing: 4 Yr, 40 seats
Diploma Courses
1. GNM (Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery): 3 Yr, 60 seats
2. ANM (Diploma in Auxilary Nurse Midwifery): 2 Yr, 50 seats
3. DOT (Diploma in OT Technician): 2 Yr, 30 seats
4. DETCT (Diploma in Emergency and Trauma care Technician): 2 Yr, 30 seats
5. D.Optom (Diploma in Optometry Technician):, 2 Yr, 20 seats

Domicile requirement & relaxation: Students need to be permanence residents of UP. However, students belonging to other states are also eligible provided they have passed High School and Intermediate (both) from any school located in the state of UP.
Age Limit: Minimum 17 years as on 31 Dec 2021. Max age limit (only for BSc Nursing and ANM course) is 35 years as on 31 Dec 2021.

2. Intermediate (10+2) Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English (PCME)
Eligible for B. Pharm, G.N.M., A.N.M., D.O.T., D.Optom., D.P.T., D.D.T., D.CT. Scan, D.C.T., D.M.R.I., D.E.T.C.T. & D.B.T.
3. Arts / Commerce / Others
Eligible for ANM and GNM

Application procedure
Candidates applying for Entrance Examination in Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, Saifai, Etawah are required to apply online ONLY through the official website https://www.upums.ac.in
Before filling up Online Application, the Candidate must be ready with following documents:
a) A valid E-mail id
b) A valid Mobile Number
c) Scanned image of Recent Colored Photograph of candidate (File size to be 50KB - 200 KB in JPEG format only)
d) Scanned Signature of candidate (File size of 50KB - 200 KB in JPEG format only)
e) Scanned Left thumb Impression (File size of 50KB - 200 KB in JPEG format only)
f) Scanned Image of 10th, 12th Marks sheet & Certificates (File size to be 200KB - 1MB)
g) Scanned Image of Caste & Domicile certificates (File size to be 200KB - 1MB)
h) Scanned Image of sub category certificate if required (File size to be 200KB - 1MB)
Examination centres: Exam will be conduct in 18 Commissionaires of Uttar Pradesh. However, UPUMS has full right to add or remove the Examination Cities as per the requirement.
