PESSAT 2022 Applications Started, Tentative Dates Released
2021-12-18PES University, Karnataka, has started accepting online registrations for admission in its BTech, B.Arch and B.Design programs offered from its 2 campuses. PES was established in 1972 at Bangalore, Karnataka and is focused on four main educational areas : Engineering, Medicine, Management and Life Sciences. It offers both foundation courses in these areas, as well as specialization with a Bachelors / Master/ PhD Degree.
Application & Admission Test Dates
For B.Tech & B.Arch (PESSAT) will be conducted in May 2022.
For B.Design (PESSSAT-BDes) can be attempted from Jan 2022 until July 2022.
While the application process has been started, the University has not yet specified the exact dates for application closure, test slot booking and test dates.
Basis of admission : Register and take PESSAT / CET-Karnataka / both (if eligible) / JEE Mains and participate through counselling to compete for a merit seat based on any of these as per the seats quota indicated above. Provisional blocking of seats through higher fee / management / NRI / PIO / OCI / Sponsored quota is also possible. Admissions for B.Arch course will be through the NATA / JEE paper 2 scores. However, registering to PESSAT is mandatory after which the candidate can upload the NATA/ JEE score on our website when the NATA/JEE paper 2 scores are announced.
For B.Design UCEED conducted by IIT Mumbai is also accepted. If the candidate has taken UCEED, then he/she must register for PESSAT (mandatory) but there is no need to take the test. Candidate can directly attend the interview carrying creative portfolio and PESSAT hall ticket.
