Actuaries ACET-Dec Applications in Progress

Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET) is conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India and is the stepping stone for becoming an actuary.

An actuary is a business professional who analyzes the financial consequences of risk. Actuaries use mathematics, statistics, and financial theory to study uncertain future events, especially those of concern to insurance and pension programs.

To become an actuary, the student must clear the Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET) conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India. ACET is conducted two to three times a year.

The IAI has announced the schedule for the 3rd ACET of 2021 which will be held in December.   ACET-December-2021
- Last Date to Apply: 26 October 2021
- Date of ACET Exam: 11th December 2021

This time due to COVID-19 situation across the country, the ACET will be home-proctored, i.e., the test will be administered remotely.  The candidate can take the test from the comfort of his/her home.  However, he/she would need to adhere to the mandatory technical specification of the computer system for the home-based test. Eligibility: Students who have appeared or have passed the 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination are eligible to apply.
Note: ACET-Dec-2021 is for students who have already completed their Class 12. If you are appearing in 2022 for your Class 12 exams, then you'll need to take ACET that will be held sometime in the early part of 2022.
