CUSAT CAT 2021 : Courses, Application dates, Clashing exams
2021-03-11Cochin University of Science & Technology (erstwhile University of Cochin), a State University, has started accepting online applications for its Admission Test for 2021 for admission in it Undergraduate and integrated UG-PG programs.

(i) B.Tech (ii) 5 Year Integrated MSc (Photonics) (iii) 5 Year Integrated MSc (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science) (iv) 5 Year Integrated MSc (Statistics / Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biological Sciences)
Admission Test CUSAT-CAT on 12 to 14 June 2021
(ii) 5 Year Integrated BBA-LLB and BCom-LLB
Admission Test CUSAT-CAT-Law on 12 to 14 June 2021
Last date to apply (without late fee) for all the above courses is 31 Mar 2021
Exemption from CUSAT-CAT : For Integrated MSc (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science) and Integrated MSc (Statistics / Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biological Sciences), preference in admission will be given to students possessing KVPY (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana) scholarship. They need not appear for CAT, but they have to apply for CAT through online and should pay the application fee.
Clashing exams : Please note that CUSAT Admission Test has date overlap/clash with the follwoing entrance exams :
NEST (Science & Maths) 
NCHM-JEE (Hotel / Hospitality Management)
CLAT (Law)
IPM-IIM-Indore (Commerce & Business Management)
IPM-IIM-Rohtak (Commerce & Business Management) and
HSEE-IntMA-DevStudies-English (Social Sciences).
Reservations / All India quota
Different seat quota available for State merit, All India merit and NRIs.
State merit seats are reserved only for Keralite students.
Both Keralites and Non-Keralites are eligible to apply under All India merit seats.
Reservation also available under various categories like SC, ST, SEBC, Physically Challenged, Sports, Jews, NRIs, Lakshadweep Sponsored Candidates, Navy Sponsored Seats, Communal reservation etc.
