CMI 2021 Schedule Announced
2021-02-27The Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI) is a centre of excellence for teaching and research in the mathematical sciences. In fact, the programs in Mathematics and Computer Science at CMI are among the best known in the country and recognized worldwide for the quality of research. Founded in 1989 as part of the SPIC Science Foundation, it has been an autonomous institute since 1996 and is a Deemed-to-be-University as per UGC andcan grant own degrees.
This is a great place for students who are passionate about Mathematics, are fascinated by complex algorithms, or want to get deep into cutting-edge areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Crypto, and Big Data analysis.
CMI offers two fantastic B.Sc. programs - B.Sc. in Maths & Computer Science & B.Sc. in Maths & Physics. The admissions to these courses are via an Entrance Exam. The institute has announced the following timelines for the 2021 intake:
Start of Applications: 1st May 2021
Date of Exam: 27th June 2021
