VITEEE-2021 applications ongoing, Exam date announced
2021-02-07The Vellore Institute of Technology or VIT as it is popularly known has started accepting applications for the B.Tech programs starting in 2021. The admissions shall be based on its entrance exam VITEEE-21.
VIT Vellore is now a Deemed to be University and also has been declared an Institute of Eminence by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. It also has two campuses in Chennai (Tamil Nadu), one each in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) and Amravati (Andhra Pradesh). The Bhopal and Amravati campuses are registered as Private Universities in the respective states. However, admissions to all the programs across the four-campus shall be based on VITEEE-21.
a) VIT offers 37 different B.Tech courses from its campuses.
b) VITEEE-21 shall be an online entrance exam, tentatively scheduled to be conducted from 18 to 26 June 2021
