NLU Delhi Announces Revised Date for AILET-2021
2021-01-28The National Law University, Delhi has revised the schedule of conducting the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET-2021). In December 2020, NLU Delhi had scheduled AILET for May 02, 2021. However, CBSE announced the dates of the board exams in early January 2021 which overlapped with the original date of AILET-2021.
Given this, the National Law University Delhi recently announced the revised schedule for AILET-2021. As per this new notification, the AILET-2021 has been rescheduled to 20th June 2021 (Sunday). The exam will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:30AM.
The last date to apply has also been extended until May 20, 2021.
Also, last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the exam (AILET-2020) was conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency) as an interim arrangement. Also, the exam was held in the online mode.
However, AILET-2021 will be conducted by the National Law University Delhi like in previous years (except 2020). And the mode of exam will be pen & paper type (offline).
The test will be conducted in the cities of Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Silchar, Varanasi and Visakhapatnam.
