The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL), Government of Maharashtra has announced the new date for conduct of Common Entrance Test for admission to first year of four-year full time Bachelor degree course in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT)..
New dates
Date of entrance exam : 10 Oct 2020 (Was earlier scheduled to be conducted on 19 July 2020)
The link for downloading the Hall Ticket will be activated on the course web page
Institutes : The admissions to the following institutes will be based on the score of MAH-HM-CET, provided they are approved & recognized by Government of Maharashtra and are affiliated to any of the Non- Agricultural University in Maharashtra State.
1. All Government Aided Institutes offering HMCT Course
2. All Un-Aided HMCT Institutes covered as per the Act
All India Eligibility : Candidates from across the country are eligible for admission through MAH-HM-CET, there being no restriction in terms of domicile.
General instructions
a) Candidates must carry original Hall ticket and original valid photo ID and name change document if applicable to the centre. No candidate will be allowed inside the examination centre without these documents.
b) The Centre, Address, Reporting time, Exam start time details will be mentioned on the Hall Ticket.
c) The CET will be conducted following the social distancing norms and directions regarding this and the precautions to be taken by the candidates will be mentioned in the Hall Ticket.
d) Candidates reporting late will not be able to appear in the CET.
