Applications are in progress for 2020 admissions in Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, through the entrance to be conducted for Nursing and 3 other allied medical courses. BHU is one the Top 10 Medical Colleges and is also ranked Number 3 University in India.
Courses offered
a) BSc Nursing
d) Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
Course duration and department / place of study
BSc Nursing course is running at the College of Nursing
B Pharma (Ayurveda) is running at RGSC Mirzapur under Faculty of Ayurveda
BOT and BPT courses are running in the Department of Orthopedics.
Each course is of four-and-a-half-year duration including six months’ compulsory rotatory internship.
Eligibility : Indian nationals, irrespective of gender, are eligible. Physically Challenged candidates are not eligible for Nursing course.
NIRF 2020 Rank : Banaras Hindu University has been Ranked No. 6 in India in the category “Medical Colleges” by NIRF, Min of HRD, Govt of India.
It has also been Ranked No. 3 in the category “Universities”.
