JEE Mains-II : NTA Allows New Applications and Extends Application Correction Date

Having received representations from various Indian students who had planned to join colleges abroad but are now keen to pursue their studies in India, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to provide an opportunity to apply afresh for JEE (Main) 2020. This opportunity is available to all students.
Additionally, in view of the hardships faced by the aspirants of JEE (Main) 2020 due to COVID-19 epidemic, NTA has further extended the last date for making corrections in the particulars in the Online Application Form including choice of Test Centre city.
Revised dates and time
Submission of fresh application / completion of previously submitted application : 19 May to 24 May
Online application correction and/or change of test centre : 25 May to 31 May
Time : Correction in the particulars shall be accepted upto 5PM and submission of fee upto 11.50 PM
Note
In case, additional fee payment is required depending on the changes made in the form, the final updates will be reflected after the payment. The additional fee amount (if applicable) can be paid through Credit/Debit Card/ Net Banking/ PAYTM.
Please note that NTA will make efforts to allot city of examination to the candidates in order of choices now opted by them in their application form. However, due to administrative reasons, a different city may be allotted and the decision of NTA regarding allotment of centre shall be final.
