NTA Announces JEE-Main, NEET, JNU, DU, NCHM-JEE, ICAR Schedule for 2020

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the schedules for 7 UG Entrance Exams to be held in 2020.  This is the first time that schedules of so many centralized exams are being announced well in advance.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has been established as a premier, specialist, autonomous and self-sustained testing organization to conduct entrance examinations for admission/fellowship in higher educational institutions.  NTA was responsible for conducting JEE Main I & II (Engg), NEET-UG (Medical), DUET (Delhi Univ Entrance Test) and NCHMCT-JEE (Hotel Mgmt) in 2019.  Starting 2020, it will also conduct JNU Entrance Test (JNUET) and Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) Entrance Exam AIEEA.

Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Test (JNUET)-2020

Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET)-2020

Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) AIEEA 2020 (B.Tech)  &  ICAR-Biotech

NTA Practice Tests
NTA has established a countrywide network of Test Practice Centres (TPCs) across India to familiarize aspiring students. All students have an opportunity to practice and have first-hand experience of taking “Computer Based Test (CBT)” before the exam. 4000 Schools/ engineering colleges with computer centres will be available on every Saturday/Sunday starting from 1st September, 2019 and more Schools/ engineering colleges with computer centres will be added in time to come. The candidates can choose the nearest TPC. This facility is available free of cost as a support measure, especially for candidates hailing from remote and rural areas.

As per the NTA, these dates may change due to exigencies, if any.  It has also requested all other national and state level examination bodies to avoid these dates for conducting any public exams so that the dates do not clash and candidates do not face any inconvenience.
