IIM Rohtak also starts IPM Program

IIM Rohtak has also launched the 5 year Integrated Program in Management (IPM), second of its kind in India, the first being the IPM program offered by IIM Indore which had started the program in 2011.   The first batch at IIM Rohtak starts in July 2019.  IIM Rohtak is among the 20 IIM's across India.

Students join this program just after finishing their school (class XII). The program is called IPM (Integrated Programme in Management) at both the institutes. The course structures are similar though not same at both the institutes. For the first three years, they are taught a combination of "statistics, economics and humanities", making them unique in their way. The last two years, they undergo the program with PGP students at their respective institutes.

Key differences between IPM offered at IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak:
IIM Indore offers Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) and MBA (dual-degree) to the graduates of this program. IIM Rohtak has decided to offer Masters of Management Studies (MMS) to five-year graduates and Bachelors of Management Studies (BMS) to students who opt-out after three years.

Selection & Eligibility:
Students from any stream may apply for the IPM program at IIm Rohtak.  The selection would be via an Aptitude test to be held on 17th May that would be conducted across multiple cities.  Students would need to have scored a min of 75% in their Class 10 and 12th (70% for SC/ST/PwD category candidates).
