CLAT 2019 : Last date extended, Exam date changed

The last date of application and date of exam for the Common Law Admission Test  (CLAT) has been changed by CLAT Consortium of NLU, Bengaluru. CLAT is conducted for admissions to 5 Year Integrated Law Programs offered by 21 National Law Universities (NLUs).  Total number of seats available in the NLUs this year is around 2500.

Last date to apply : 15 Apr 2019

Date of exam : 26 May 2019

Starting 2019, the test will be conducted in offline mode with duration of 2 hours. Last year it was conducted in the computer based mode (Online).

CLAT 2018 statistics : Last year 47,671 candidates had appeared in CLAT-2018 for 2255 U.G. level seats in 19 NLUs (National Law Universities)
