BHU UET 2019 Dates Changed
2019-03-12Banaras Hindu University has extended the last date of application for UET (Undergraduate Entrance Test) 2019 for admission in UG courses.

Last date to apply online : 16 March 2016 (earlier, it was 9 March 2019)
Change in test date : Test date for BA-LLB has been changed to 16 May 2019. Test date for other courses remains as per earlier announcement.
About BHU : Banaras Hindu University (BHU), an Autonomous institution, is an internationally reputed temple of learning, situated in Varanasi and was founded by the great nationalist leader, Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya, in 1916 with cooperation of great personalities like Dr Annie Besant. Banaras Hindu University is a Central University and was created under the Parliamentary legislation - B.H.U. Act 1915. It has a phenomenal range of teaching disciplines incorporating almost all conceivable subjects of Science, Engineering & Technology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce, Law, Education, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Sanskrit Vidya Dharm Vigyan, Architecture, Library Science, Journalism and a large number of Indian and Foreign Languages. It is the largest residential University in Asia, with over 30,000 students from India and 46 foreign countries. It has 64 hostels with nearly 11,000 inmates.
Course details : Courses have been divided into “General”, “Professional” and “Vocational” and are conducted in the respective Faculties. In addition, some of the Courses are also conducted in Mahila Mahavidyalaya, BHU (MMV), Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Barkachha, (RGSC) Mirzapur and the Colleges admitted to the Privileges of the University in Varanasi city, namely, Arya Mahila Post Graduate College, Chetganj (AMPGC); Vasant Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Kamachha (VKM); Vasanta College for Women, Rajghat (VCW) and DAV Post Graduate College, Ausanganj (DAVPGC).
